Cancellation and Return Policy

If you wish to return your product, the product's packaging must be intact, the product must be unused, and the tag must not have been removed.

For returns, the shipping cost belongs to our company. You can create a request and send the product to our address within 14 days from the delivery date.

Once the product and its invoice reach us, the necessary inspections will be carried out, and the approved payment will be made by our finance department within 15 days.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders. In the case of international shipments, customs duties and other potential additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free shipping is valid only when sent via all Cargo companies. Packages sent to us with payment-on-delivery by any cargo company will be refused and returned to the sender.

For orders whose status appears as "Shipped" in the 'My Orders' section, a return request must be submitted, not a cancellation request. In this case, it is sufficient to send us a message through the form on the contact page, selecting the relevant message subject and including your reason for canceling the order and your contact information.

Return Payments

After your product reaches us, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions by our Customer Service team.

After a product return or cancellation, the amount to be refunded will be paid back according to the payment method you used.

If your payment was made by credit card, the refund amount will be credited to your card account.

For payments made by wire transfer/EFT or cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account. You can provide your IBAN number by calling our customer service line at +90 552 850 40 00.

The time it takes for a refund to be reflected in your card account or bank account may vary depending on your bank.

If you made your payment in installments using a credit card, the full amount is paid by us to your credit card's bank in a single transaction. After this, the bank will deposit and withdraw the installment amount to your credit card each month (it will appear as a positive and negative entry on your statement). This process continues for the duration of the installment period.
