Cancellation and Return Policy

If you wish to return your product, the product packaging must be intact, the product must be unused, and the tag must not be removed.

For returns, the shipping fee belongs to our company. You can create a request and send it to our address within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.

Once the product and invoice reach us, the necessary inspections will be made, and the approved payment will be issued by our finance department within 15 days.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders. For international shipments, customs duties and any other possible additional costs belong to the buyer.

Free shipping is only valid when sent via pre-approved shipping carriers. Return packages sent to us cash-on-delivery (with shipping fees charged to the receiver) via any courier company will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.

For orders whose status appears as "Shipped" in the My Orders section, a return request must be submitted instead of a cancellation request. In this scenario, simply select the relevant subject line on the contact page form and send us a message including your reason for cancellation along with your contact information.

Return Payments

Once your product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked by our Customer Services team.

Following a product return or cancellation, the amount to be refunded will be paid back according to your initial method of payment.

If your payment was made by credit card, the refund amount will be deposited into your card account.

Refunds for payments made via Wire Transfer/EFT or cash on delivery will be issued directly to your bank account. You can provide your IBAN number by calling our customer service line at  +90 552 850 40 00.

The time it takes for the processed refund to reflect on your card or bank account may vary depending on your bank.

If you made your payment in installments using a credit card, the full amount is paid by us to your credit card's bank in a single lump sum. After this stage, the bank credits and debits this amount to your credit card every month by the installment amount (reflecting as a plus on your statement). This process continues for the duration of the installment period.
