As a company, we send you an SMS/e-mail notification when we deliver your product to the cargo company. We also provide you with your tracking number, which allows you to track your shipment by contacting the cargo company.
Do You Make Deliveries on Saturday/Sunday?
Cargo companies make deliveries on weekdays. They work until 13:00 on Saturdays and mostly do not go out for delivery.
Is It Possible to Ship Abroad?
We do ship abroad for wholesale purchases.
Do You Provide Notification Upon Order Delivery?
When your product is delivered to the cargo company by us, you are notified via SMS/e-mail, and your tracking number is forwarded to you.
About Cancellation/Returns
What Is the Return Period?
You can make your returns within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving the product.
What Are the Return Conditions?
You can make your return with the invoice/waybill in your package. The dress and its package sent to you must not have been damaged in any way. You must not have removed the protection/security strip on the dress and must not have used the product. Our company is responsible for errors caused by production or quality control.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You have the right to cancel your order from the moment it enters our system until it is delivered to the cargo company. You can make your cancellation by reaching us through the live support section on our site or by calling our customer service.
What Are the Cancellation Conditions?
Your order must not have been delivered to the cargo company. Because after it is delivered to the cargo company, the product leaves our system, and you have the right to return, not cancel, in the remaining process.
How/When Is a Refund Made?
Credit card transactions for which you have made a return/cancellation request are refunded to the cardholder's credit card within 2 to 7 business days, as per the decisions taken by the association of banks and the legal procedure. This process is a standard process that banks apply to all their member businesses and individual customers; refunds are not reflected on the credit card on the same day.
